Goodwill Industries Seeking Its Workers Displaced by Katrina

September 2, 2005

Rockville, MD - The 700+ employees of Goodwill Industries from the New Orleans and Gulfport areas are urged to contact Goodwill International by calling (800) 664-6577.  The phones will be manned around the clock.

“We are very concerned about the well-being of our employees, and want to give them the support they need to survive these devastating days,” says George W. Kessinger, President and CEO of Goodwill Industries International.  “We have not heard from most of them since Katrina swept through the coast.”
